Registration forms, price display and data protection — the key legal requirements for Germany are already prepared. You take care of your guests.

Registration form (§ 30 BMG)

Since 2025, German guests no longer need a registration form. For guests from abroad the requirement remains — the portal automatically generates a printable registration form under § 30 BMG for them.

Prices under PAngV

Total price including VAT and mandatory costs like final cleaning — a breakdown below it is fine, the total stays highlighted. Optional extras clearly separated. Your booking page supports a price display in line with § 3 of the German Price Indication Ordinance. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your own price details. If you are a small business (Kleinunternehmer), you show no VAT instead — ask your tax advisor to confirm.

Privacy policy at the current GDPR standard

A privacy policy naming the matching supervisory authority for your state — matched automatically to your location. Your website uses no tracking technologies that require consent, so you don't need a cookie banner either.

Small business status (§ 19 UStG)
