Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Better Projects Faster GmbH, Pariser Platz 5A, 70173 Stuttgart, email: [email protected]) by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The use of the electronic withdrawal function in your customer account ("Withdraw contract") is voluntary. You may of course also declare your withdrawal by email or post. You may also use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notified us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

When the withdrawal takes effect, access to the customer account and to the services provided shall end.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by your consent.
